2016 Single family house
Set on a small hillside, the house overlooks the countryside with views across to the 'Conejera', on the western coast of Ibiza.Transparency
Two completely glazed facades define the building’s living and lounge areas. One opens onto an interior patio, and the other onto the surroundings; namely the characteristic Ibizan countryside, with the sea as the backdrop.Organic
The rooms are organised in two opposite sections; the main area is an extension of the lounge, and follow the periphery of the terraces that surround the swimming pool on one side, whilst on the other side a continuation of water features descend gradually to ground level. The remaining rooms ascend the hillside and are located on the opposite side of the building.Project Director: Pep Torres
