2017 Architecture studio

A typical Ibizan country home. Modestly-sized, it was built by my great grandfather. We have very recently managed to recover its true essence.

Respect

Renovation involved maintaining and recovering everything possibly retrievable from a building that was long abandoned and in disuse.

Stone, lime and juniper trees

The stone walls have been rebuilt, the juniper beams maintained, and small, strikingly modern new features have been added, to create an updated and significant contrast.
