2007 single family house
The proximity and the views over the nearby coastline on its north side forced the house to open up in the shape of a fan to seek out the western sun.Topography
Conditioned and shaped the solution given to the project: bedrooms downstairs and living, kitchen and dining areas, as well as the master bedroom, upstairs, with the swimming pool and outdoor terraces being the natural extension of the interior spaces.Organisation
Arranged longitudinally, access through the central area leads directly to the point where the living and dining areas meet and where there is also a staircase that communicates with the lower level and the open link to the master bedroom. The kitchen articulates the exterior spaces with the interior ones.Project Director: pep torres
